Laura Nicole Harrison

    Biography

    Chicago native Laura Nicole Harrison has been performing professionally since the age of 10. Her acting credits include Showtime's Masters of Sex, Weeds, YouTube Originals' Sing It!, multiple award-winning indie films, and roles at theaters such as Geffen, Goodman, Center Theatre Group, Goodspeed, Court Theatre, Victory Gardens, Sacred Fools, and Manhattan Theater Club. As a child, she guest starred opposite Kyle Chandler and Luis Guzman on CBS' Early Edition, and Joan Cusack on ABC's What About Joan, and played The Little Girl in the first national tour of Frank Galati's Ragtime. She's toured the country singing and dancing with Jason Alexander in his one-man show "An Evening With Jason Alexander," and co-created and starred in the improvised web series Crystal's Balls for Funny Or Die, for which she received an LA WebFest "Outstanding Lead Actress" nomination. Her singing and voiceover work will be featured in the upcoming UglyDolls movie, starring Kelly Clarkson and Janelle Monae. She also plays a lead role opposite Jeanne Tripplehorn and Ray McKinnon in season two of the Sundance Now/AMC narrative podcast series Exeter, set to release late 2019. Laura graduated cum laude from Northwestern University, where she met her husband Keith Harrison. Laura and Keith are the creators and stars of the musical Emojiland, which premiered off-Broadway in 2018 as part of the New York Musical Festival, garnering a rave review in The New York Times.
